Account deletion

You can delete your Oaisis Pay account yourself at any time, in the app or on the website:

1. In the app: Account → Delete account, then enter your password and confirm.
2. On the website: sign in → Settings → Security → Delete account.
3. If you can't sign in: email [email protected] from the address registered on your account, with the subject “Delete account”. We verify that the account is yours and delete it within 30 days.

Before you delete

An account with money in it can't be deleted — send the balance to another account or withdraw it in cash first. Business accounts linked to yours are deleted with it, under the same condition.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted immediately: access to the account, your profile photo, devices and sessions, passkeys and two-factor authentication, and your phone verification.
• Kept for a legally required period (typically five years after closure), then deleted: transaction records and verification documents, as anti-money-laundering rules require. They are used for nothing else.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
